Target Audience:
The target audience for this activity is radiologists at all training levels with an interest in abdominal imaging.
Goals and Objectives:
After completing the material in this article, the learner should be able to:
- Discuss how technologic changes over time have influenced imaging diagnosis in abdominal CT;
- Describe the newer techniques in abdominal US; and
- Identify new MRI advances in abdominal imaging, including the push for faster imaging, quantitative biomarkers, and molecular specificity.
