The target audience for this activity is radiologists at all training levels with an interest in clinically significant prostate cancer detection using multi-parametric MRI at 3-Tesla with and without the use of endorectal coil.

Goals and Objectives:
After completing the material in this article, the learner should be able to:
  1. Articulate differences in multi-parametric prostate MRI at 3-Tesla using surface coil and endorectal coil techniques; and
  2. Appreciate differences in clinically significant prostate cancer detection at high field-strength when using endorectal coil versus surface coils.
