Authors
  1. Celia Tong; University of Pennsylvania
  2. Linda Nunes; University of Pennsylvania
Background
The purpose of this education exhibit is to review the O-RADS categories with both ultrasound examples, illustrations, and descriptions. Additionally, we will discuss the management of each O-RADS category with an emphasis on changes and updates in management from prior SRU guidelines.

Educational Goals / Teaching Points
1. Master the O-RADS lesions and categories 2. Explain changes and updates of O-RADS compared to prior SRU guidelines 3. How to approach follow-up recommendations and treatments

Key Anatomic/Physiologic Issues and Imaging Findings/Techniques
This exhibit predominantly focuses on ultrasound of the ovaries with additional MRI correlates where applicable. Imaging findings include benign etiologies such as simple ovarian cysts, hemorrhagic cysts, endometriomas to more malignant findings such as mucinous and serous ovarian cystadenocarcinoma.

Conclusion
This educational exhibit will be beneficial for the review of O-RADS and its clinical application.
