Background
Pulmonary lymphoproliferative diseases represent a large and overlapping spectrum of disorders. Our goal is to concisely and comprehensively review these pathological entities. Pulmonary reactive lymphoproliferative conditions include enlargement of the intrapulmonary lymph nodes, nodular lymphoid hyperplasia, follicular bronchiolitis, lymphocytic interstitial pneumonia, inflammatory pseudotumor, IgG4-related lung disease, and Castelman’s disease. Malignant lymphoproliferative diseases of the lung include Hodgkin’s lymphoma, B cell lymphoma, MALT lymphoma, pulmonary plasmocytoma, primary pleural lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, lymphomatoid granulomatosis, and T/NK-cell lymphoma. Lymphoproliferative disorders in immunocompromised patients include posttransplantation lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) and AIDS-related lymphoma.

Educational Goals / Teaching Points
Review and illustrate reactive and neoplastic pulmonary lymphoproliferative diseases in immunocompetent and immunocompromised patients.

Key Anatomic/Physiologic Issues and Imaging Findings/Techniques
This exhibit provides a comprehensive review with illustrative examples of radiological manifestations of various pulmonary lymphoproliferative disorders.

Conclusion
Lymphoproliferative disorders of the lung are rare, and their radiological manifestations are varied and often nonspecific. It is important to be aware of these pathologies and be able to recognize them to minimize misdiagnoses and diagnostic delays.
