Background
As the rate of ERCP continues to rise annually in USA where it is currently the procedure of choice for many biliary and pancreatic disorders. Approximately about 350000-500000 ERCP's are currently performed each year only in the USA. However these procedures are performed by gastroenterologists, Knowledge of anatomy, technique is necessary for the interpreting radiologist so they are able to identify imaging appearances of different pathological entities. The purpose of this exhibit is to review these procedures, their associated anatomy on multimodality imaging, and postsurgical complications.

Educational Goals / Teaching Points
Form an introductory knowledge base of technique of ERCP, radiological anatomy. Review imaging findings associated with most common pathologies where ERCP is indicated.

Key Anatomic/Physiologic Issues and Imaging Findings/Techniques
In this exhibit, we will describe technique of ERCP, indications including diagnostic and therapeutic ones. Major topics that will be discussed choledocholithiasis, biliary leak following liver transplant, traumatic pancreatic duct disruption, pancreatic duct disruption as sequalae of pancreatitis.

Conclusion
In summary, the spectrum of possible conditions that can be diagnosed with ECRP is broad\. Radiologists can play a key role in the evaluation of these patients, and it is therefore imperative that radiologists are familiar with the imaging of these procedures as well as their potential complications.
