Background
Review common neuroimaging manifestations of SARS-COV-2 infection, illustrate the atypical and uncommon neuroimaging manifestations of SARS-COV-2 infection, describe pathophysiology of atypical and uncommon neuroimaging manifestations of SARS-COV-2 infection, demonstrate a diagnostic practical approach for diagnosis of atypical and uncommon neuroimaging manifestations of SARS-COV-2 infection.

Educational Goals / Teaching Points
Review pathophysiology and mechanisms of CNS involvement with SARS-Cov-2 infection, implication of these mechanisms on neuroimaging, describe the common neuroimaging manifestations of SARS-Cov-2 infection, demonstrate atypical and uncommon neuroimaging manifestations of SARS-COV-2 infection, multimodality imaging evaluation of atypical and uncommon neuroimaging manifestations of SARS-COV-2 infection, role of advanced neuroimaging e.g., MRS in the diagnosis of atypical and uncommon neuroimaging manifestations of SARS-COV-2 infection. Practical diagnostic approach to diagnose atypical and uncommon neuroimaging manifestations of SARS-COV-2 infection.

Key Anatomic/Physiologic Issues and Imaging Findings/Techniques
Neuroimaging findings in SARS-CoV2 infection are various. Among these findings, we will present atypical and uncommon findings observed in patients with positive SARS-CoV2 infection.

Conclusion
Radiologist's awareness of atypical and uncommon neuroimaging findings of SARS-SoV2 infection can save time and prompt the patient for the appropriate management without delay. This will reflect better patient's outcomes.
